Hidden Shipping and Handling, when there's no shipping or handling!

This unnamed company that sells pet treats wants to charge customers $3 for the privilege of picking up your order instead of having it shipped.




Yeaaaaah.....riiiiiggght.

This says to me "beware of other hidden costs".

I didn't even bother to calculate actually shipping costs. They lost a customer forever based on this stupid business practice alone.

IBM mailed me a rock

I got a box from IBM today in the mail. In it was a rock. This isn't a setup or pun. It was a rock.

It was a "worry stone" with their slogans engraved in it. I don't use their products, but now if I do I have something to throw at their servers when they don't work.
