Now the "Instituto de Estudos Orientais" has a troubling logo as well.

Actually, it's apparently what they study in Brazil--the site is in Portuguese and describes their programs in Indian and Chinese philosophy! With this logo, we can assume that the Kama Sutra is on the reading list.
I actually knew it was in brazil, in a weird way I actually assumed they were studying in Brazil what they studied in the east. But it's not the center for eastern studies studies, is it?
oh well.
It is literally the Institute of Oriental Studies which translates as the center for Eastern studies just as you guessed.
